Shaping the future of climate-smart mobility

BASF is one of the leading manufacturers of battery materials for electric vehicle and continues to invest in this important growth market. For example, we are building a new production plant for cathode active materials in Schwarzheide, Germany, which will start operation in 2022. As an assistant process manager, Ina Homann’s responsibilities include monitoring the progress of construction at her future workplace. After working in analytics and process optimization and obtaining further technical qualifications, she is now part of BASF’s team to help shape the future of climate-smart mobility.
