1 The Supervisory Board of BASF SE made the following personnel changes to the Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE on December 20, 2023: Dr. Markus Kamieth will succeed Dr. Martin Brudermüller as Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE, effective as of the end of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on April 25, 2024.
Dr. Katja Scharpwinkel succeeds Dr. Melanie Maas-Brunner as member of the Board of Executive Directors, effective February 1, 2024. Anup Kothari will be appointed as a further member of the Board of Executive Directors, effective March 1, 2024.
