The Climate Protection Officer is the leader of the competence center for Environment, Health, Safety and Security and member of the Corporate Sustainability Board. The officer is also responsible for involving the operating divisions and connecting with research. This approach emphasizes the importance of climate protection as part of BASF's sustainability strategy. Both aspects are embedded in the target agreements where they are control-related. |
